Pancake day!

Pancakes are a regular feature in our household, it’s a regular weekend breakfast for my little boy and I. We make them vegan, savoury, sweet, plain and simple and Ayurvedic with a few key spices. We love them any which way but here is a nice easy Ayurvedic pancake recipe:

1 cup self raising flour

one egg

1/2 cup milk

sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger

1/2 tsp ghee

mix it all together and heat a blog of coconut oil in your pan, when hot add a tablespoon and a half of your mixture. Cook, flip and enjoy with maple syrup
